Returns & Exchanges

At Renegade Hoof Boots, we want to ensure you and your horse have the perfect fit for every adventure. If your boots are in new, unused condition, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your hoof boots are clean and free of any debris, hair, or trail wear, as we can only accept returns on items in original, resalable condition.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the boots in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement size within 3-5 business days.
